Their professional reviewed the process, price was right, and they have not returned in 2 years. Each year a representative completes a thorough evaluation of possible return and leaves with a report. So far so good . Buying property in downtown Melbourne is always risky- wings everywhere. Our annual termite inspection was performed yesterday. The technician would not enter the house because of COVID-19 restrictions so exterior only. It was raining hard at the time of application so I trust it was performed correctly.
