Mr. Scott and Jan were amazing! Explaining everything a northern girl doesn't understand about bugs and treating my home and r.v. with a plan to eradicate the pests! I'm still doing a total of 3 treatments ten days a part and plan on using them to keep the bugs away after! They are accomodating and kind. They told me exactly what to do and how to clean prior to their visit to achieve the best results! I would suggest them to anyone! Blessings Dawn

My neighbor had Price come for inspection and the assistant manager John said we had rats and to do something right away. Traps were placed and sealing done and no rats were found. John had said sealing would not be done with chicken wire but a grating used and soldered. But, it was screwed on chicken wire, and he denied he said soldering would be done. Someone else heard him tell soldering too. He claimed his men spent excessive amount of time on this job, but it was short. The real time spent was sealing the side openings and putting wire over pipe vents. Sanitizing was about 7 minutes. I finally asked since there were no rats and hardly evidence of droppings if I can cancel the sanitizing. He began to yell at me and say he gave this $1,200 job away. He told me that On Point would not even do this job without sanitizing afterwards. But, no other pest control insists on this, its optional. He continued yelling until I said enough, I'll just live with this bad decision I made. I recorded the conversation. So my review of dealing with Price Pest Control was a bad one. I couldn't recommend Price to anyone who might ask me. I regret trusting your assistant manager. He is just a salesman.
