This was the second time tenting this house. We were very apprehensive as the first was an awful experience. And I am very skeptical about high pressure salesmen that see your only option is to fumigate. But, Joel patiently explained the process and carefully saw to it that we understood the complete event from A to Z. It went just as he said and has left me feeling satisfied. Very professional, I was having rat trouble and they came to me and I explained my problem, and they took care of it the same day I called, the owner him self got up on the roof and inside of one hour blocked off all acsses that rat could get in or out. He set traps in my addic, two days later the got the one rat that got trapped in side! I'm so greatfull that I can sleep in my own bedroom in peace, thank you Price !

Joel came to inspect for termite activity. He's beyond awesome. As he was finishing up, he said I saw a snake...we were in my home at the time. He spent quite awhile but got the snake out of the house. I will use this company forever. He didn't charge me for removing the snake which was about 2 ft long. Joel, my hero.

Trugreen (Chemlawn) serviced our lawn and landscaping for many years but it gradually changed from being a good provider to our lawn's complete deterioration. We were referred to Price by our neighbor we live in townhomes. Previous maintenance treatment being done with our former termite company was not working because they started swarming. I thought maintenance was to help prevent swarming. Anyway turns out he was not taking time to look for tunnels but injecting treatment into random ceiling areas. When Joel came I told him where the activity was and he immediately located the two tunnels and source of my issues. He even explained the documentation needed for when we decide to sell with evidence of termite infestation. Highly recommend Price as they know what they are doing and have been doing this a long time.

He was available throughout the whole process if needed. I had no surprises. The termite fumigation was done on time. They did not damage or steal anything.
